Meet Janely Montano

With a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a State of California real estate broker’s license, and a mortgage loan originator license in California, Texas, and Idaho, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every transaction. 

My real estate journey began in Santa Barbara, where I assisted in leasing over 2,000 properties in property management. After moving back to the Central Coast, I expanded my expertise in residential real estate sales and gained experience in commercial property management. Later, I transitioned into new home sales, where I worked with a respected builder, successfully closing hundreds of contracts.

A few years ago, I took on a new challenge—becoming a mortgage loan originator. From assisting top brokers to processing loan files, I have built a strong foundation in lending, allowing me to guide clients through the financing process with ease.

My love for California, its homes and unique beauty, diversity, and charm is the driving force behind our company. I am passionate about guiding people on their journey to homeownership and helping them achieve the American Dream.
